Our outside unit was not working at all.
I checked the inside set of breakers as well as the box connected
to the unit itself, to no avail.
Your gentleman called us back and walked
me through the flipping of a breaker on the outside of the house –
which I had forgotten existed.
So, a happy ending to us thanks to your
on-call man.
We’ll be sure to use A&E in the future!!

Jon and I want to clear up any confusion there might
be concerning a local service company. Recently in the River Crossing
Loop weekly email, a very negative article was published, submitted
by a resident. It disparaged a repair service named A&E Factory
Service (thought to be connected somehow to Sears).
Yesterday, our air conditioning went out and we called
A&E Air Conditioning, Bulverde, TX. Within 5 hours, Thomas arrived,
diagnosed the problem and repaired it for a Reasonable fee on SUNDAY
!! SAME DAY SERVICE !! Thomas was pleasant, professional, and informative.

We would like to extend our most sincere thanks and prise for the
quality of service your company provides. We sincerely appreciate
your responsiveness and good old-fashioned manner of conducting business.
Prior to finding you, we had contacted Blanco Air and to our surprise
were subjected to deplorable service. Fortunate for us, this poor
service and poor follow-up lead us to you. Thank Heavens for that!
It is pleasure and comfort to work with people who know the value
of efficiency. Upon contacting you we were impresses with the attention
to our individual needs and concerns. Your service manager Roy Eklund
and his staff were helpful, experienced and professional and most
importantly, did not try to sell us something that we did not need.
Roy was outstanding and even went out of his way to make certain we
had a comfortable, cool home for the company we were expecting that
evening. This superior service and promptness do not stop there.
Your serviceman Gary and Albert arrived at our home bright and early
the next morning ready to work. We would especially like to thank
them for being so friendly, professional and treating my wife, who
was alone at the time, with the utmost courtesy and respect-a quality
you rarely find now a days. They exhibited excellent workmanship and
answered all of our questions honestly. They worked diligently and
when the job was complete, the area was immaculate! It appeared as
if our new unit had been there all along-there was not one wire, not
one bit of evidence that had ever been there. We were so impressed.
My wife still insists that she owes them a batch of her homemade cookies!
Finally, I want to commend you and your company for hiring an outstanding
staff, we will, with every bit of sincerity, refer your company to

I simply wish to express extreme appreciation for your
field personnel who essentially recreated my faulty air conditioner
system. Since purchasing the home new three years ago, the a/c had
never done a satisfactory job despite repeated consults with the company
that originally installed it for the builder.
Since I have forgotten the name of one employee who
cared for me, I will not name any of the five different employees
who were involved in various phases of my project. Without exception,
each of them is an outstanding individual being straightforward with
me and performing his job in a totally professional manner. In today's
society, you are truly blessed to have people in your employ who are

Dear Roy,
Your company installed a complete new air conditioning system in our
home. Your technicians Mario and Thomas, accomplished the work in
less than one full day, which was amazing since the units were located
in the attic. I want to thank Mario and Thomas for going above and
beyond the call in using the garage for removal and installation of
all equipment. It had to be extremely difficult to drag heavy equipment
over the rafters in sweltering heat. Mario and Thomas even returned
in a few days to check the air flow. Since then I have had Brent out
to check on the fan operation since it did not seem to be operating
correctly. Being a new model, there was some “tweaking”
necessary and the Ruud distributor in the area had to queried for
advice. Their representative, Donny, spent a long time with me on
the phone, and later with Brent, explaining how the system should
be wired. I also want to commend Brent for his professionalism and
willingness to fix a problem. He also is an asset to your firm. Having
employees that go beyond what is actually required speaks well of
your company.
In closing, I want to express my thanks for what could have been a
very painful operation, totally worry and pain free. All too many
firms, once they get your money, have no more time to solve problems.
